Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 4(b) ofInternational the International Investment Survey Act of 1976 (22 U.S.C. 3103(b)) is Investment of Survey Act amended by striking the word "calendar" each time it appears 1976, therein. amendment.
