SEC. 141 Notwithstanding any other provision of this joint resolution or section 512(b) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 95 Stat. 444. 1981, there are appropriated $9,000,000 for fiscal year 1983 to carry out subpart 2 of part H of title XIII of the Education Amendments of 94 Stat. 1502. 1980 and section 528(5) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 95 Stat. 450. 1981, which shall remain available for obligation until September 30, 1988. SEC. 142. Notwithstanding any other provision of this joint resolution, there is hereby appropriated $5,000,000 under title III of the 42 USC 241. United States Public Health Service Act for Nursing Research activities.
