(21) Section 704(e) is amended— (A) in the first sentence, by striking out "On and after the effective date of this subsection" and substituting "After June 30, 1972,"; and (B) in the 3d sentence, by striking out "subsections" and substituting "subsection". (22) Section 707(c) is amended by striking out "within six calendar months after the effective date of this subsection" and substituting "before February 1, 1973". (23) Section 712(d) is amended by striking out "the date of enactment of this subsection" and substituting "June 8, 1960".
