PUBLIC LAW 97-191—JUNE 1, 1982 (3) by amending subparagraph (B) by inserting "in fishing" immediately after "(B)", and by striking out "apd" after the semicolon and inserting in lieu thereof "or"; and (4) by adding at the end thereof the following new subparagraph: "(C) except as permitted under section 306(c), in fish processing (as defined in paragraph (4)(A) of such section) within the internal waters of a State (as defined in paragraph (4)(B) of such section); and". SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on June 1, 1982.
