PUBLIC LAW 97-157—MAR. 22, 1982 with other nations, will consider the extent to which they honor their commitments under international law, particularly their commitments concerning human rights. SEC. 2. The President shall transmit copies of this resolution to the Ambassador of the Soviet Union to the United States and to the Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet.
