97 STAT. 1378 PUBLIC LAW 98-200—DEC. 2, 1983 Public Law 98-200 98th Congress An Act Dec. 2, 1983 T^ extend the Wetlands Loan Act. [H.R. 2395] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Wetlands Loan United States of America in Congress assembled. That the first A'^USCTillS section of the Act entitled "An Act to promote the conservation of migratory waterfowl by the acquisition of wetlands and other essen- tial waterfowl habitat, and for other purposes", approved October 4, 1961, is amended by striking out "September 30, 1983," and insert- ing in lieu thereof "September 30, 1984,". 16 USC 7i5k-5. SEC. 2. Section 3 of such Act of October 4, 1961, is amended by striking out "October 1, 1983," each place it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof "October 1, 1984,".
