Such property shall be conveyed subject to the reservation of rights- Rights-of-way. of-way for ditches, canals, and pipelines constructed by the authority of the United States and to other existing rights-of-way of record. The conveyance of such property shall contain a reserva- tion to the United States of all oil and gas in the land, together with the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the same under such regulation as the Secretary of the Interior may prescribe.
