(e) The State of Florida shall pay promptly to the Secretary of the Interior, any and all costs, including administrative overhead, that may be incurred by the United States in connection with the transactions authorized under subsection (a). SEC. 10. (a) For the purposes of this section only, the limitation provision of section 1 of the Act of December 22, 1928 (45 Stat. 1069; 43 U.S.C. 1068), popularly known as the Color-of-Title Act, that limits conveyances under that Act to not more than one hundred and sixty acres, shall not apply to any claim for a patent that may be filed under the Color-of-Title Act for a parcel of land described as section 39, township 5 south, range 4 east, Saint Helena Meridian, Louisiana. (b) Except as provided in subsection (a) of this section, all provi- sions of the Color-of-Title Act shall apply to any claim for a patent under the Color-of-Title Act for the parcel of land described in subsection (a) of this section. SEC. 11. (a) All right, title, and interest of the United States in certain lands within the boundaries of the Sequoia National Forest in Tulare County, California, and described in subsection (b) is hereby conveyed to those persons who submit a written application to the Secretary of Agriculture within five years after the date of enactment of this Act, with such proof of title as the Secretary may consider appropriate. (b) The lands to be conveyed under subsection (a) are described as follows: PARCEL B—MOUNT DIABLO MERIDIAN, CALIFORNIA Land consolidation and administration. Maps and legal description. Township 14 South, Range 27 East Section 14: West half southwest quarter southwest quarter northwest quarter southwest quarter southeast quarter, Northwest quarter northwest quarter northwest quarter southwest quarter southwest quarter southeast quarter. SEC. 12. (a) To provide for consolidation of lands in the San Juan and San Isabel National Forests, lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management, Montrose District, and lands acquired by the Bureau of Reclamation as a part of the McPhee Dam and Reservoir, all in Colorado, and to provide for more efficient administration of those lands, the exterior boundaries of the San Juan and San Isabel National Forests in the State of Colorado are hereby modified as shown on United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service maps entitled "Boundary Modification, San Juan National Forest", and "Boundary Modification, San Isabel National Forest", dated August 1981. The maps and legal description of the boundaries of such lands shall be on file and available for public inspection in the offices of the Chief of the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture; the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, and the Commis- sioner of the Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior; and appropriate field offices of those agencies. (b) All Bureau of Lsind Management-administered lands that, by reason of the boundary modification described in subsection (a), fall within the boundaries of the San Juan or San Isabel National Forests, comprising about twenty-five thousand five hundred and
