(20XA) In clause (G) of section 1072(2) of title 10, United States Code, as proposed to be added by section 645(a)(3), insert a period at the end. (B) Section 645(b) is amended— (i) by striking out "Section 1006 of Public Law 97252" and inserting in lieu thereof "Section 1006(d) of the Uniformed Services Former Spouses' Protection Act (title X of Public Law 97-252; 96 Stat. 738)"; and (ii) by inserting "and" at the end of paragraph (1) and by inserting a period at the end of paragraph (2). (21) In section 1411 of title 38, United States Code, as proposed to be added by section 702— (A) in subsection (a)(l)(A)— (i) insert "first" before "becomes a member"; and
