PUBLIC LAW 99-59—JULY 3, 1985 Public Law 99-59 99th Congress An Act
July 3, 1985 [S. 413]
To extend the provisions of title XII of the Merchant Marine Act, 1936, relating to '^ar risk insurance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 1214 of the Merchant Marine Act, 1936 (46 App. U.S.C. 1294) is amended by striking "September 30, 1984" and inserting in lieu thereof "June 30, 1990". Approved July 3, 1985.
