PUBLIC LAW 99-60—JULY 3, 1985 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the year 1985 is designated as the "75th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America", and the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation caUing upon the people of the United States to observe such year with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
