PUBLIC LAW 99-12—APR. 4, 1985 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the week of March 31 to April 6, 1985, is hereby designated as "National Weather Satellite Week" in recognition of the twenty-fifth anniversary of weather satellites and the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such week with appropriate ceremonies. Approved April 4, 1985.
