PUBLIC LAW 99-157—NOV. 15, 1985 (1) by inserting "(A)" after the paragraph designation; and (2) by adding at the end thereof the following new subparagraph: "(B) With respect to the 1985 crop of Burley tobacco, for the purposes of paragraph (1), the marketing assessment shall not be more than 4 cents per pound.".
