To convert the temporary authority to allow Federal employees to work on a flexible or compressed schedule under title 5, United States Code, into permanent authority.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 5 USC 6101 note. United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 5 of ^^P^^i the Federal Employees Flexible and Compressed Work Schedules Act of 1982 (Public Law 97-221; 96 Stat. 234) is repealed. Approved December 23, 1985.
