(c) REPEAL OF EXECUTED REPORTING REQUIREMENT.—Section 9 of
the Overseas Private Investment Corporation Amendments Act of 1981 (Public Law 97-65) is amended— (1) by striking out "(a)" after "SEC. 9."; and (2) by striking out subsection (b). Approved December 23, 1985.
