Eai Saheb Gyan Chand is an Honorary Magistrate in Sialkot since 1903 and was, on his father's death, elected V^ice-President of the District Board in which capacity he served for 13 years, Hewas Vice-Chairman of the Municipal Board also for several years. He received the title of Rai Saheb in June, 1910, for his long and meritorious services to the Government and the Public. His eldest son, Diwan Kailash Nath, looks after his landed property and is an elected member of the Sialkot District Board. Address • Victoria Paper, Sialkot.
