Address : Delhi. NiLKANTH Rao Bhau Saheb Khalatker Deshmukh, Rao Saheb, was born in the year 1877, and educated at the Bhonsla School, Nagpur. He takes considerable interest in the cause of education, has been a member of the Katol Local Board, an Honorary Magistrate and a member of the District Council. In December, 191 1, in recognition of his valuable services in these capacities, a special certificate was granted to him by the Government. In August, 1912, he received the Darbar Coronation medal in recognition of his loyalty and public work. The title of Rao Saheb was conferred on him, as a personal distinction, in June, 19 13.
