Pien Shou-ching
善守绪字常清
Pien Shou-ching, was born at Ching Hai Hsien, Chihli, in 1884. After having completed his course in law in the Law School at Paotingfu. He went to Japan for more advanced education. In three years he graduated from the Law School of Tokyo Univereity. In 1910 he returned to China. Soon after his return from Japan, Mr. Pien was engaged by the Police School at Paotingfu as its instructor. Later he taught in the Law School. In the winter of 1919 he went to Chekiang where he helped in organizing. the Bureau of Judicial Affairs.
