16. The ſame church holds Bredecumbe, It was aſſeſſed T.R.E. at 6 hides. Here are 4 ploughlands. Two of the hides are in demeſne, where are 2 ploughlands. Here are 13 borderers. The mill pays 15 ſhillings, and there are 18 acres of meadow. The paſture is 2 miles long, and 1 broad. It is worth 100 ſhillings. Edward holds 1 hide of this land, which cannot be taken from the church. It is worth 15 ſhillings.

17. The ſame church holds Babeſtoche, It was aſſeſſed T.R.E. at 3 hides. Here are 3 ploughlands. Two hides are in demeſne, where is 1 ploughland, with 1 ſervant; and 4 borderers occupy the other 2 ploughlands. Here are 6 acres of meadow, and 4 acres of paſture. It is worth 60 ſhillings.
