Formula 7 and bars

Should formula 7 have the straight bars rather than a parenthesis above and to the right of some terms, or is this an artefact of the scan? Natty Stott (talk)

I've added the bars. Someone else had already duplicated the formula. If it looks better then delete the top version and add the number at the end.Natty Stott (talk)
