Nope, just the plain references will do, and the rule would go in the footer (so that when it's transcluded into the main page, the rule will be omitted). Also, the emdashes (—) don't need spaces between them and the other words. I've proofread the page now and marked it that way, you can validate it now. —C. F. 13:33, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
