Some approximations (for example with ṃ and ṇ) needed to be replaced with combining characters or single Unicode characters. In some cases Greek was italicized (sometimes not). This didn't seem to correspond to any changes in the source, so these italics were removed to correspond with the usual transcription practice, though admittedly the Greek in EB1911 looks a little italicized.
