There are two copying mistakes here; the first one caused by use of write v as u so the written word uino has to be readed vino; in the second case a titulus has been interpreted as an accent while it markc an abbreviation: facēdo -> face[n]do. So read:
"con vino buono, et fregargliela con il sal pesto: et facendo così" …
