ec.—@MartinPoulter: @Stinglehammer: May I suggest the following formatting (or something similar in output, perhaps setting width), so that it is faithful to the original? ToC formatting is not a strongsuit of mine, as I am not technically proficient, but I do think we should be including "CHAP."s and "„"s in the final product as they are in the original.
