What is the cover text and do we need it?

The cover is nearly unreadable in the scan, but it is clear that there is more text than just "UNDERGROUND RAILROAD". I think I see the author's name and at least one more line of indistinct text. In any case, since this appears to duplicate the title page, do we need it at all? Or should we just mark this page as "no text"? Pathore (talk) 03:39, 23 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
