- @Rich Farmbrough: Correct. They are listed on the page that follows. I realize it is crazy formatting, but it was the most straightforward way I could think of to make it work. There are several examples of footnotes—and footnotes within footnotes—where I have done this with Byron's works. This just happens to be one of the crazier formatting examples since it spans multiple pages... It all works together in the Mainspace, however. Thanks!
