New scan
editI uploaded a different scan (which has both missing pages) from the Internet Archive to Commons; to be found here (page 12) and here (page 13). Could somebody please add both pages to the index? Tromaster (talk) 18:44, 28 September 2016 (UTC)
- After asking on IRC it seems that mixing two different scans is not possible, so a viable solution would be to generate a new Index? The new scan is from the same edition (5th) by Mehuen and Co., London, 1900. Tromaster (talk) 20:26, 28 September 2016 (UTC)
