Versions of
Playing Robinson Crusoe; or Pussy can sit by the fire and sing (1902)
by Rudyard Kipling

First published in 1902 as part of "Just So Stories", where it appears after, not part of, 'The Cat that Walked by Himself'. Kipling does not give the poem a title, so it should be referred to by its first line of 'Pussy can sit by the fire and sing'. It seems that 'Playing Robinson Crusoe' was concocted as a title for the 'Poems That Every Child Should Know' anthology, a work which invents its own titles for a number of poems (or extracts therefrom).
