As a note, "980107.htm" is located at Korean Air Flight 801 investigation/Pressrel - It is not linked from the actual English NTSB KAL801 homepage, but its Korean translation is linked from the Korean KAL801 homepage. Thats your issue - I just wanted to make sure I listed the "extra" stuff I found while poling around was all. All this eems pretty pointless when you should be able to get on the NTSB's back to hurry up and convert the old site to the new layout already. It seems all these files are still on there somewhere but need new file paths in place in order for the public to access them again. -- George Orwell III (talk) 06:45, 30 June 2011 (UTC)

A webmaster told me that not everything from the old site is back up yet. The material is supposed to be added back later, but I do not know if the presentation of the information will actually change, or if they will simply re-upload the old pages.

Personally I think the older NTSB format may be easier to duplicate in Wikisource than the newer one.
