Sedition Act
- An Act for the Punishment of Certain Crimes against the United States (one of the Alien and Sedition Acts) passed by the 5th United States Congress in 1798.
- Sedition Act of 1918, Chapter 75, Act of May 16, 1918, passed by the 65th United States Congress.
- Sedition Ordinance, 1948 [F.M. Ordinance 14/1948], an ordinance enacted by the Federal Legislative Council of Malaya to create the offence of sedition. Later extended to Singapore as Sedition Act 1948 and revised in Malaysia as Sedition Act 1948 [Act 15].
