Thanks for pointing that out. I have copied in the rest from http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/09771a.htm. The truth is that the initial bot postings were problematic in several respects (see WS:CEU) and in particular some of the longer articles were not posted in full. A better place to read it might be http://oce.catholic.com/index.php?title=Masonry, but that version cuts out the sources. The Catholic Encyclopedia mirror here can only really be cleaned up by migrating it to page space and proofreading, because the digitisation was not initially done to a high standard.
