The text here is derived from http://www.house.leg.state.mn.us/cco/rules/mncon/mncon.htm It would be desirable to also have earlier versions of the document, as it has been modified considerably. Also of interest is the fact that back in 1857, there were originally two versions: one prepared by the territorial Republican party, and one made by the Democratic party —Mulad (talk) 23:37, 14 Jun 2005 (UTC)

I don't know if it would be practical to publish every version — overall, from 1858 to 2016, 121 separate amendments have been made to the Minnesota Constitution (indeed, 22 amendments were made to the document in its first twenty years of existence alone), and that's even with the general revision of 1974 being counted as a single amendment — but it would be nice to at least get some of the more important versions up (including the two original versions). — MNTRT2009 (talk) 06:11, 15 May 2017 (UTC)
