Endnotes

The "Sacred Texts" version, from which the initial version of this text was taken, does not contain the translator's notes, which appear at the end of the volume.

These notes are not terribly long, and should be added in the future as endnotes using the "ref" system. So far one footnote has been added, which corresponds to n. 20 in the original edition, and will get its proper number back once the 19 notes preceeding it are added.
