This is Catullus 70 edit

Should this page be redirected to Catullus 70, although the translation is not wikisource and does not contain the same number of lines as the original Latin? 70.161.245.105 06:00, 9 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

I don't think it would make sense to move a name title to a number, unless there is evidence that Catullus named them that way originally. Do you have a link to the Latin original? Sherurcij Collaboration of the Week: Author:Winston Churchill 14:32, 9 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
Here is the original poem. The numbers aren't Catullus', but over the years all of his surviving works have been ordered and numbered (he didn't give his poems titles, either), and if there is a title for the poem, it is usually just made up by the translator - usually someone refers to the poems by just the numbers, so most people who are looking for the poem would know it by Catullus 70.:: 70.161.245.105 04:05, 11 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

For content, we have a large series of these all numbered (see index at the bottom of Catullus 69 and Catullus 71) but they are "wikisource" translations.

I think this should remain named as it was named by the translator, as we will (eventually) have many translations. We could create a redirect from Catullus 70 to here, but then .. do we need to add {{AP Latin Footer}} to the bottom of this page, so the reader can "read" from 69-70-71?
