Authenticity issues

I've recently been reading the conclusions of Professor James Mosley (more) that this image and text is a modified copy of the original proclamation. In particular, he notes that the words 'The Proclamation of' at the start are false and date to reprints from the 1950s or so. So I've removed that line, and swapped the image for a more accurate one. (Oddly, he seems not to have tried to change it himself.) Blythwood (talk) 22:14, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
