- I had merged the forked titles because their separation seemed inelegant and unnecessary. If other users like the fork, then that's fine.—Markles 13:45, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- Leave it alone. Title I is an cited as an Act itself and has no buisness sharing a page with Title II for that reason alone. If a chapter of a literary work has one paragraph in it, does that mean it should be merged with the chapters before or after it??? I think not. George Orwell III (talk) 13:53, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
