Put the correct from=110 to=114 in every chapter's include tags comparing against the Index with alt-click, annoying
Proofread the PAGEs or at least make them red so they appear if I don't have time to proofread...will annoy everybody though
Figure out formatting issues for easiest reading without many pageloads
Image uploads, including fancy dropinitials for the various letters, insert into work
