Translators and copyright edit
George R. Noyes died in 1952.Leonard Bacon died in 1881.
Both of translators died more than hundred years ago.--Antidiskriminator Not true. There were two George R. Noyes. I don't know how to edit these, but someone fix. George Noyes the Slavic scholar was George R. Noyes who died in 1952 (talk) 15:01, 2 March 2013 (UTC)

George Rapall Noyes (the 2nd) was an American scholar in Slavic studies and was a prodigious translator of works from that area of the world. 1913 would have been during his "golden age" period and it seems likely that he may in fact be the translator although I have no way of independently verifying this without seeing the book from which this is taken in front of me. Perhaps it would be wise to link to the book as it too is likely out of copyright.
