If we're using the work's actual name, we need to move this whole thing to The Holy Qur-án. That's the way it's styled within the text and using the author's style is what we're doing with other versions of the Qur'an. Side benefit: no need for any dab whatsoever.

IF we're ignoring the author's style, (a) there's no need for the "holy" or definite article and (b) the dab needs to be much shorter. Islamic names are a little tricky, so if it can't be shortened to Maulana then we can just go with initials. So, Quran (MMA) or Qur'an (MMA). — LlywelynII 14:19, 1 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
