I've reformatted the entire book. I used an ANSI editor so if you try to edit the text with an ASCII editor you're going to see some strange characters. Also use word-wrap. --Droll 04:45, 17 November 2005 (UTC)
Chapter headings in original edition edit
It's curious that there are two chapter XXVIIIs in the original edition. Just noted for anyone trying to marry illustrations with the original edition. TheCircleSquared (talk) 02:43, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
