This text was explicitly "Anti-Copyright" as published in 1967.

Since I am new to Wikisource, I will wait for feedback to confirm that I am within the guidelines for entries before entering in the rest of the text from subsequent chapters. The full text is readily available in several other locations on the web.

In the case where the french text hasn't any copyright, the problem is to know if the translation has a copyright or not. Marc 19:07, 23 August 2005 (UTC)Reply
if the text is explicitly anti-copyright, I guess it is fine to have it. I can't imagine the translator complaining about infringement... ThomasV 19:30, 23 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the input. This translation is explicitly not copyrighted. It is available here. I will continue adding this text until otherwise informed that adding a seminal anarchist treatise is in violation of the bureaucratic principles that dominate our political spectacle. Thanks for the quick responses! I will be reformatting text to fit wikisource standards over the next few days. Since, as I mentioned, I'm new, any advice would be appreciated. Erik
