This citation occurs in the Berkley Medallion collection of Kirby O'Donnell stories Swords of Shahrazar by Robert E. Howard, which is in turn copyright 1978 by Glenn Lord, "Published by arrangement with Glenn Lord, agent for the heirs of Robert E. Howard".
My guess is the story itself is copyright-expired.
