Talk:United States Statutes at Large/Volume 1/1st Congress/1st Session/Chapter 20

OK fine this is the 20th chapter it bears no relationship to the 1st as insisted it so well appears. After the 1st chapter was made law that and the congress itself as well the presidency became property of one George Washington all to follow will be determined as "IMPERSONATION".No with this in mind why continue beyond that chapter of law making ? Those writing for this source are not reminded or reminding terms and conditions of that time in history it simply suggests most have not viewed the original 1st session 1st chapter 1st congress. Not to stress any point aside from this fact if such law was made all following law is brought forth before a war secretary will go unheard unless appointed to be representative of it and history be warned..
