Specifics edit
I started a 1872 edition that is a PDF from the same source. However, the Preamble in this version is not here as well as the Amendments. The bonus is that the pdf has the comments which will tell you about the dates of each modification. The 1872 edition is the current WV constitution. There is a 1863 edition, hence why I named mine with the 1872 descriptorCoal town guy (talk) 12:44, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
