Usage edit
This template exists to create a small amount of padding (slightly narrower than a standard space) between two double quotation marks. E.g.:
- He wrote: ""Jameson, I want you to get the real story about that friend of yours. . ."
The .2em width is enough for the reader to notice that there's more than just a " , but narrow enough that they're not distracted.
