Usage edit
This template provides an anchor on the page, along with visible text, which will be highlighted when a link to the anchor is followed. The visible text is not necessarily the same as the anchor name.

Anchor with name and text identical edit

Anchor
- Creates the anchor named "Anchor", with the visible text "Anchor". The anchor is reachable by the link Template:Anchor+/doc#Anchor.
Anchor with name and text different edit

Visible anchor text
- Creates the anchor named "Anchor1", with the visible text "Visible anchor text". The anchor is reachable by the link Template:Anchor+/doc#Anchor1.
