Usage

{{backlog category}}

Used on maintenance categories that should be empty (i.e. categories that indicate problems).

If the category is not empty, the template {{backlog}} is automatically applied, which will categorise the offending category into Category:Wikisource backlog.

This template only makes sense in the Category namespace.
