This template is intended as a temporary workaround , to mark a footnote as containing block level content as opposed to a short span or single sentence.
It should be removed once the Cite extension has a documented method for supporting block-level elements in footnotes.

This is a footnote which contains block level content.
The content can be multi paragraph.</ref>
