Usage

A template to simplify the header bar used on hundreds of issues of Notes and Queries.

• border-top, border-bottom, CSS top/bottom border width and style, default "3px double"
• number, Issue number, E.g. "103"
• date, The issue date
• price, The issue price, e.g. "Threepence"
• price_s, The stamped price, e.g. "4d.
