This template is used to create custom page page layouts.

Where options are:-
- min-width- Minimum width of the text block (default 432pt or 6 inches.)
- max-width- Maximum width of the text block (default 432pt or 6 inches.)
- alley-width - Spacing between text and margins (or downrules if defined) (default 14pt).
- margin-right - Width of right margin
- margin-left - Width of left margin
- margin-top - height - of top margin
- margin-bottom - height - of bottom margin
- padding-top - Height of additional padding at top
- padding-bottom - Height of additional padding at bottom
- y-unit Unit for vertical sizing, default is ex
- x-unit Unit for horizontal sizing, default is pt
- text-align Text alignment {left|right|justify|none}} default : left
